MHGC LEAGUE RULES
- HAVE FUN
- All leagues are required to tee off within their allotted tee times. Each foursome must finish their round in a maximum 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Our Pace of Play Program is printed on the scorecard for players to self monitor their pace of play. LEAGUE SECRETARIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACE OF PLAY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE LEAGUES.
- Leagues must have a minimum of 20 players playing a minimum of 18 weeks. The 19th week will be complimentary.
- Half of the seasons green fees are due on the first night of play and the remaining balance on the forth week. LEAGUE
SECRETARIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTION OF ALL MONEY. PAYMENT MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CHECK FROM THE LEAGUE SECRETARY TO MULBERRY HILLS GOLF CLUB.
- Michigan Liquor Control Commission requires any alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises to be purchased from the licensee. NO COOLERS will be allowed. We do not make the law, but we must enforce it.
- Power cart operators must have a valid drivers license number. Any damage done to a golf cart or golf course property will be the financial responsibility of the operator. All rented carts must be returned to the front of the clubhouse upon completion of play. Do not leave carts behind building or in parking lot area.
- CANCELLATIONS: due to inclement weather is at the sole discretion of the league secretary unless the course is deemed unplayable. If an entire week is cancelled, the league season will be extended by one week.
- SUBSTITUTES: Memberships and Day Passes are non-transferable and do not cover the green fees of substitutes. Non-member green fees are transferable and do cover the green fees of substitutes. There will be no make-up games.
- All league participants are required to respect the players around them and golf course property. Proper golf etiquette including placing trash in receptacles, replacing divots and repairing ball marks is expected.
- All leagues which comply weekly to policies including pace of play, will be eligible for a HOUSE CLOSEST TO THE PIN. Nightly winners will receive a free bucket of range balls which must be redeemed before 12/31/00. LEAGUE SECRETARIES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTERING CONTEST.

SPIKES were invented to remedy the devastation caused by metal spikes in and around the clubhouse and on the course. In 2000, Mulberry Hills Golf Club requires all players to embrace the metal spike ban and take the next step towards flawless greens.
- LEAGUE SECRETARIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR A COMPLETE LEAGUE ROSTER ON THE FIRST NIGHT OF PLAY. Roster should include names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all league participants.
- A DAY PASS is available to all players for $295.00. Pass holders are entitled to unlimited green fees on the day of league play except holidays. Pass does not pertain to rentals of any sort or advanced tee times. Pass must be purchased through league secretaries. Pass expires 12/31/00.
